Would not go back if buying blinds. Few options/prices provided as to style, etc when I inquired about purchasing new bedroom blinds. Then paid $75 to have a broken blind (bought from this store previously) looked at and no response back as what was to be done to repair it.

We went in to match existing tile. We were initially greeted by someone near lighting. When we entered the flooring area the person at that desk seemed irritated to have a customer to help. When we began asking questions regarding how to order something they didn't have in stock, the person seemed to deter us from that. Not great customer service at all. Unfortunately, you guys were the closest color match (we went to every other retailer around to avoid this place) so I may have to come back and order anyways.

Went in looking for tile. A staff member approached me, I asked about any sale/clearance tiles they might have (I knly need a small amount) she pointed to a small display and said "that's all we have" then proceeded to turn around and go sit back at their desk. I did find a tile I was interested in, but then I thought if they are too busy to help me that they just point and walk away, they're probably too busy to ring up a sale too.

I have been patient and kind but enough is enough. I have a ceiling fan purchased from MCI in Waite Park. I got this fan as a floor model. Unaware that it came with nothing to have this fan working in my home. The cost of the electricians taking a look at this fan is enough to make me pull my hair out. Dealing with MCI has been a horrible joke. I would NOT recommend. 15 phone conversations with an answering machine and a few with a person since September..... I still have a fan that doesn't work. Please save your time and go to a big box store where everything you need will be included!

We just had new laminate floors installed in several rooms in our home. We also had carpet installed in our main living area. It is even more beautiful than was expected. Our rooms look bigger, and the furniture goes perfect. Dawn, the salesperson at the Waite Park location was so helpful and instrumental in helping us pick the perfect floors. She listened and brought all the samples we really liked. The store is a little overwhelming with so many choices, so we really appreciated the help in our home. Dawn is a true professional and easy to work with. Within days she was measuring and involved the installers to go over final details before installation that allowed us to make changes that made sense and provided a better result. The install crews were great and finished everything in a timely manner. Very efficient and accommodating in our requests and answering questions.Laurie & Joel Vogel

Customer service is beyond terrible! 2 months ago we ordered carpet and the installation date was decided then. Today, the day before installation, no one has called us whatsoever. We cal in and the sales guy we had worked with retired - which we are happy for him. We were told to speak to another sales person and left him a voicemail. Hours later we called back since we didn’t hear. The secretary told us that if we truly left a message the sales person would have called back. Basically she called us a liar. She then said salesperson was out for three to four more hours and said there is no one else around to speak to. We asked for the manager who WAS available… from there out questions were answered. But dealing with the secretary was like pulling teeth - we are only trying to give them our money!!!

Great experience. I relied on their interior design expertise and they didn't disappoint me. I brought in a sample of my cabinet door and they recommended a flooring for my entire house. They also provided an installer for my project. Definitely a full service business.
