Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. They really push their loan program as opposed to paying off the mattress upfront. They said I would get a Synchrony Home - Mattress Firm credit card if I signed up for their loan program.They had a deal going where they would put $200 credit on the Synchrony credit card. There are a select few places where I could use the Synchrony card, so the $200 credit was worthless to me. They also said I could use my own personal credit card to pay off the loan (because I wanted the points I would get for using my own card to pay off the loan. When I called Synchrony to pay off the balance, they said you cannot use your credit card to pay off the balance. It either has to be a check or give them your bank account number and do an ACH transfer. So I lost out on those points as well. Then they did not guarantee the price match when I found the mattress cheaper on a website. I had to haggle with them for months before they honored their guarantee. The salesman emailed me and chastised me for wanting to get a lower price!!He basically said we have enough money and I should not be trying to get the discount! I still
have that email. Who does that? Maybe they used to be good, but they’ve gone downhill and I would never recommend them to anybody.

Amazing amazing customer service! Billy listened to our needs, recommended us to try multiple different mattress that fit what we were looking for and we found the perfect match! Even suggested purple pillows & they are amazing! I cannot wait to sleep on my new mattress with my new favorite pillow! Go see Billy!!

Went in and Anthony greeted us and listened to the things I needed in a bed. He knew a great deal about mattresses and was able to help me narrow it down to what felt super for me and worked super magic on the price (which he knew was a key issue for me). I left very satisfied!
