I had good memories from here normally. but cosmetics store clerk told me this store don't have nail polish remover I can't believe what I've heard. I can get that even cash wise. they have various cosmetic product but nail polish remover? hope they fix it.

Customer service is absolutely ? horrendous very unfriendly, slow and doesn't even try to answer questions. I asked the guy in Customer service for his name he said his name is Paul heavy set guy very slow and very unprofessional. He even went on to tell me how he is homeless my goodness
i don't need to know that.... I was asking him about where to find a certain quilt he told me he would send someone over to assist me nobody showed up. After leaving the store i called Kohls and asked to speak with the Store Manager Kelly after telling her my concerns and experience at the store she became belligerent and very
rude to me and hung up on me.... I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that Kohls FIRES Paul the heavy set gentleman in Customer Service he is SLOW and BEYOND INCOMPETENT.. I also want to STRONGLY RECOMMEND KOHLS FIRES THE STORE MANAGER KELLY SHE WAS BEYOND RUDE TO ME OVER THE PHONE SWEARING AT ME AND HANGING UP ON ME....I BELIEVE STORE MANAGER KELLY IS BEYOND RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. KOHLS SHOULD ALSO DRUG TEST PAUL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY AND KELLY THE STORE MANAGER.

My recent visit to Kohl’s was nothing short of a comedy of errors. Upon entering, I immediately became the center of attention for security, apparently because browsing for cologne makes one suspicious. When I approached Manager M, whose mobility was noticeably challenged, about price-matching a cologne from Sephora, she insisted on a printed ad, disregarding Kohl’s policy and common sense.
In an odd attempt to justify her lack of assistance, she went off on a tangent about Sephora’s security issues, completely missing the mark. Adding insult to injury, she abruptly shared personal details about her granddaughter’s funeral, which seemed more like a deflection tactic than genuine empathy. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also uncomfortable.
Attempting to get her name was an exercise in futility as she blatantly ignored my request. When I mentioned contacting corporate, her dismissive response was anything but reassuring.
My frustrations continued at Sephora, where I encountered a pair of indifferent employees. One resembled Jabba the Hutt in miniature with a spotty complexion, while the other appeared ghostly pale and disinterested. Despite clearly requesting undamaged samples, they included a damaged product in my purchase. When I asked for a replacement, Mini-Jabba suddenly became concerned about sanitation, conveniently ignoring Sephora’s “try me” policy displayed throughout the store.
After spending a significant sum, their dismissive attitude was disappointing, to say the least. When I called them out on it, their bewildered looks at each other only added to my frustration.
Overall, this experience highlighted severe lapses in customer service and professionalism at both Kohl’s and Sephora. It’s clear that better training and a focus on genuine customer care are urgently needed at these locations.

My wife and I visited Kohl’s Sephora in St. Cloud, MN last week to get some fragrance products. I wanted to share that this was the best customer service we have ever received. Their employees Erica, Noelle, and Dianna made our best shopping experience in Kohl’s. They were very patient and gracious to show a variety of their products and sharing their knowledge about them. I would definitely recommend visiting this site as I feel their team is very passionate about their work.

Clean store and the cashier, Lanayah, was very kind and helpful. I had to wait for some time because another cashier had to take returns to a storage container. She was in no hurry to take on any customer.

This location is hit or miss. It also has to be the most messy, most disorganized Khols location I have ever visited. Its consistantly like this. Take the shoe department for instance, such a mess. Its horrible. They need to get it together at this location cuz I will gladly travel to fargo for a well-kept Khols.

Clean and organized. Had trouble finding staff when I had a question but otherwise good experience. One tip...a little less perfume sample bottles. I was sneezing and had a slight headache after walking past the cosmetic area. Very sickly sweet and so near the check out so smell is unavoidable.

I went back in...even though the last time I was there (2 years ago) I swore I wouldn't. I am happy to report the store is CLEAN! Stocked! Bright! TIDEY! I was surprised! If you were grossed out the last time you went, give it a 2nd chance. :)
