I called for an oil change, and I got in that same day. Was greeted promptly by a friendly gentleman. I was told it would take an hour and offered coffee. Before I knew it my car was done. They also rotated the tires, checked for recall parts. It was a very good experience. I'm glad we purchased the service package with our 2023 KIA

Leaving a 1 star review, due to not being able to leave a ZREO star. I am from another state and needed to take my 2023 Kia in for a recall. While it was in, I requested for an oil change and tire rotation, other than those three needed things, there was not one thing wrong with my vehicle. After this one visit, I have had to go back multiple times to get my car checked out / serviced , which I was still charged for. The only thing I would recommend about this place is to AVOID going here, unless you want new issues and to spend money on having to have your car "fixed", only to turn around and have to set up another appointment.

I had a great experience! Logan helped me get into a new Kia Sportage Hybrid, and both my wife and I love it! Would recommend based on the sales experience alone, lets not forget the great finance department as well!

I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. Now i can see why St. Cloud Kia got my car in so fast when other dealerships are booking out months for recalls. Which I had two on my Kia Optima. I can see other reviews from other Kia customers..doesn't look like customers were satisfied! I have my record of details from Kia which I will be forwarding to the Better Business Bureau.Very sketchy and not honest

Very unprofessional repair work on my Kia Sorento. They called me in for a recall which turned into them doing $4k+ of mechanical work. The issues weren't even fixed after I picked my car up which made me return the vehicle to ensure they fixed what I payed for. They held my car for another 3 days and squeezed $1400 more out of me to fix the original issue. How do you not do a quality check after "repairing" the quoted issues. They were not very apologetic when returning my vehicle to get the original issues fixed which leads me to believe bad service happens regularly. They are a bunch of crooks if you asked me and I highly encourage people to stay away! Had way better experiences at McKays and St. Cloud Hyundai dealerships in town.

Page is the best salesperson. He genuinely does the best for us. Jayson does a fantastic job for service also. Because of their efforts we will come back again and again. We initially went to Kia of St Cloud because we had bad experience with a different Kia dealer. Jayson went far above expectations and introduced us to Page who talked to us about EV and we ordered a Sportage. In passing I mentioned I would like to look at a Carnival and we were able to stop by at another time and see and drive a Carnival. Knowing we were interested in a loaded version, when one was coming in Page contacted us and we got first dibs on it when it came in. Yesterday we drove a new 2024 Carnival home!!

I purchased a 2018 Ford Focus from Jeff Welk last week Friday the experience was really great! I took the vehicle home and noticed that there was a few stains, and the detailing was solid, but not to the level I could have done myself. I gave Jeff a call and shared this with him he immediately offered to redo the job. I brought it back in, and the job they did blew anything I could have done myself out of the water. The staff was very friendly engaged in doing their work to the highest level a customer could get, and worked fast to get my new car back to me. The worker who did the detailing job, Jeff, and the entire staff that I worked with took the stress and worrying out of the car buying process. I felt respected and would absolutely recommend this dealership for any of my friends and family, and I absolutely plan on returning to Kia for cars and any work I need done on vehicles in the future!! 10/10 experience!

Page and Logan were knowledgeable, patient, and communicative throughout our whole process. We visited and drove vehicles 3 times and they were always able to make time and answer questions. We felt like we landed in the right vehicle for our needs in a very low-pressure setting. Page and Logan were able to answer or find the answer to all of our questions.

After a LONG wait, our Telluride finally arrived and it was worth the wait! The day of the actual purchase went smoothly with no hiccups. Cody, the salesman, and Sean, the finance manager, were both great to work with. My only complaint was with the Kia company. I originally ordered a 2022 in May of 2022. When the '23s came out with new models, options, and colors, I stopped in to see what I needed to change with my order. But I was told the company had told the dealers they were pushing through the current orders, there was not time to contact the buyers, and that they would make the needed adjustments to fit the 2023 changes. As a result, the car I would be getting did not have the options and color I wanted. That meant, to get the car I wanted, I had to reorder a '23 model in November 2023 which I believe added several months to my wait time. But I don't blame the dealership for that. All my dealings at St. Cloud Kia were great.

I don't recommend doing any kind of business with this dealer. Service Department is very unprofessional and upcharge services, ESPECIALLY if you are a woman. (Read previous posts)I initially called to schedule a recall on my vehicle and although the scheduling and customer service staff was very accommodating and friendly, the service department was not. In addition to the recall work, I had a couple electronic things that I asked if they could look at. The scheduler told me that wouldn't be a problem and would charge $100 diagnostic fee for all of it. When I dropped the car off, I spoke to Jesse, who informed me that I misunderstood somehow and that it is $100 per issue, so the two issues I had with (a short in my radio and the shifter being stuck in park randomly) would be $200. Which should have all been caught on the original diagnostic. He called me the next day to tell me he needed another day of diagnostics and it would cost another $130. I told him again that that wasn't what I was quoted, and told him I would agree to pay it, but wasn't happy about it and was going to ask to go back to the scheduler to confirm out initial conversation of what i understood regarding the $100 diagnostic fee. I spoke with the scheduler and confirmed that what I heard was correct, but when I told Jesse that I am concerned about paying the $330 he told me "You gave me your verbal approval over the phone, and I have your car, so you'll have to pay it." I asked him for a detailed report of the Diagnostic report and am still waiting. Very sketchy. Also, I had called and tried to talk to a Supervisor and was repeatedly either hung up on or sent to a random voicemail. I never write reviews but wanted to save someone else from being scammed by them. Please do yourself a favor and save money by doing your research, read reviews and go somewhere else for your car needs. I wasn't going to give them any stars at all, but you have to give 1 star at least in order to post.

Dont waste your time or money here! NOT WOMAN FRIENDLY! Went in to get recall work done...4 to be exact. They only fixed one because the rest tested fine...for now. I understand up selling but Jesse had tacked on almost $600 worth of "recommended fixes" 3 of which had just been checked by techs at my oil change a few days prior. Also asked him to take a look at my rear view mirror because it was loose and not holding well...he strong armed it and broke a tab off...acted like nothing happened. Fun times...spoke to Lucas and he did the normal tango of talk in circles no accountability, highly disappointed ...no wonder they've resorted to selling cars on marketplace.

Very professional. They were able to look all my car's information for recalls and my warranty. Once they learned what needed to be repaired, they called me right away and let me know what was covered and my cost. Everything was done in a few hours. Very happy with the outcome!

I bought a Kia carnival 2022 about a year and a half ago. The purchasing of the vehicle became very sketchy with he said she said but nothing in writing. We were promised a detailing and an undercoating. That wasn’t in writing but saw the sales guy writ it down.It turns out some stuff just isn’t covered like they promised it was with the extended warranty. When we bring our vehicle in to get an oil change, they’re always trying to find something more wrong or we should purchase maintenance at 32,000 miles which will cost us another $400. The tires that were on the Kia when we bought it were 60,000 mile tires and they’re saying we should have them replaced at 32,000 miles. I would think that this is a tire warranty issue and we shouldn’t spend over $1000 on new tires. It was also recommended that we should have our engine filter and in the cabin filter change which would be about $75 on top of that. I just replaced them six months ago.So for going in for an oil change if we would go with what they recommend would cost us $1250 on a vehicle with 32,000 miles on it. Maybe I’m missing something but, this doesn’t seem like I am being taken care of.Overall experience was not very comforting. I wrote a check out for $50,000 and one year later, my vehicle now has a trade-in value of $30,000. I’m going to ride this out and hopefully I am proved wrong but as of now, my gut feels like this was not a good choice.

Top notch service. Chad is the best to work with. I can’t recommend him enough. Will only buy my cars from Kia of St. Cloud. And I highly recommend Chad. !!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This is a beautiful Camaro but the title is stamped LEMON LAW. I purchased this car and Kia did not disclose this information. Per Federal Law they were supposed to. I traded in a beautiful Camaro w less then 10K miles on it and they laughed all the way to the bank! I wouldn't have made the trade if I had known this information. I am out money, a car and the piece of mind. I will never trust this company again! I am posting ths so that hopefully the next buyer won't go through what I have. Its heart breaking. She is beautiful and powerful, but I couldn't justify paying that much for a car that has known issues. Shame on you Kia!Yours Truly, A Lost Loyal Customer
