Page’s research and follow through helped seal the deal. Cody’s collaboration and collegiality partnering with Page was refreshing to witness. The Sales Manager has a difficult position and isn’t hired to win congeniality awards, so I’d say he did his job well. Didn’t get the deal we wanted, yet we do have the new KIA we hope and trust will work well. We have another vehicle need in 3 years and we may well start with KIA due to our experience with both Page and Cody.

Service is done ok, but remember, a service appointment here means nothing. It's first come, first served. I had an appointment scheduled a week and a half in advance and got here 15 mins early, and it entered the shop 45 min after scheduled. All because they had multiple drop offs that were prioritized over those that scheduled. Overall, I spent an hour+ waiting for a 20 min service job. Since it is the closest kia I live to at 2.50 hours away, I couldn't reschedule. Get there early and drop off your car because the schedule means nothing anyways

I recently bought my first car through Kia of St. Cloud. I worked with Cody, he was very helpful and answered all questions I had. This was the first car I bought on my own and they explained everything and every step of the way. I highly recommend working with Kia of St. Cloud they are the best!

From Lisa, to Jose in Sales to Logan in Finance - the team at Kia of St Cloud was wonderful to work with. I live approx 2 hrs away from the dealership and was unsure as to when i would get in to test drive a car, knowing that I wanted a Kia. Jose was able to locate a car, within my price range and specifications, sending me photos and links to the website listing and Logan had my financing wrapped up the same day. I was able to purchase a car, that I love, all over the phone and have it delivered to my home, at no additional cost, the very next morning! This is my 2nd purchase from Kia of St Cloud and I have no intentions on ever taking my business elsewhere! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and went over and beyond my expectations to make my "over the phone" buying experience a great one!
