“Riley at our local store is the epitome of excellent customer service. He was able to straightened out the mess we had with internet and phones. However, Khalid Mallick one of the service people was not so good. Khalid had us sign up for a new promotion that i didn't want to do but was still talked into. When I requested he cancel the XUMO stream box and stop the charges for it took forever. I finally got him to pickup the box (which he insisted we go through him). But he never cancelled the $29.99 for the streaming. I had continued to pay for the $29.99 from March until June. My suggestion for is to not work with this guy. He thinks he's funny but he isn't. He insists he knows everything but regarding Spectrum he doesn't. From now on I go into our local store and get it handled that way.”
