Pool looked nice, though I decided not to try it. The staff was friendly, see room comments on my neighbors. I had enough bandwidth to play COD on my own Xbox connected to the wireless in the late evening. The rates were great for Honors members. It could have been closer to the people I was visiting, though it was fine, this city doesn’t really have traffic while I was out.Rooms: Some of them have connecting doors. I had a neighbor who was quite loud, beyond when I wanted to sleep. The front desk was lied to by the room, “they were asleep” and when the front desk was called again they came up to speak with the guests. Things became reasonable after that.Small mini fridge, a pod coffee maker, and a king that when checked for bed bugs was free of common signs. I didn’t spend much time there, though the wired internet did not appear to work.

The hotel clerk was friendly and very accommodating to our late arrival. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable beds. The addition of having full size bathing soaps a great touch - since I forgot mine. Definitely will be staying here at this location again in the future.

Great place to stay In St. Cloud. Very nice restaurant and bar connected to hotel. Convention and meeting facilities are also connected. Rooms are new and clean. Fitness and business centers are above average.

Nice location in town. The rooms were clean and very functional. The USB outlets were appreciated as I didn't have to use my adapter to charge.

Stayed here a couple nights for a conference, and it was an excellent hotel. Check in went smoothly and the staff were very friendly. Very bright, clean hotel with comfortable beds. I did not eat the breakfast. There is an adjoining bar/restaurant which was convenient for dinner one night. I would definitely stay again if in the area.Rooms: Clean rooms that have a microwave and small refrigerator.Safety: Felt very safeWalkability: You could walk to various restaurants from the hotel.

Newer hotel that checks all the boxes - clean, fluffy towels, good water pressure, free parking (plenty of spots), close to restaurants, and friendly staff.Easy check in on the Hilton app. Room was assigned with a digital key that made check-in super easy.A great stay!Noteworthy details: In the king size room I was in: Bathroom door is one of those sliders and there is a full length mirror directly across from the toilet in the closet nook.....

We didn't stay here due to the location we were wanting to stay in, but when I Called in, I asked for other recommendations on a hotel in the area to stay for a quick stop, while passing through, on a birthday trip with my partner. And Was not disappointed!The man on the phone, whom I'd believe was a manager, was the utmost helpful as well as friendly! He went above and beyond by recommending some veg-friendly dining experiences in the area of St Cloud. 10/10 Would stay here, solely based on costumer service. I believe the kind mans name was Walter.

I honestly cannot say where any bad reviews for this hotel have come from, however I do understand that everybody has bad experiences. I was really skeptical about this hotel because the rate actually seemed very fair and there weren't as many reviews for this location as some of the other bigger hotels. I travel for work and I stay at a different hotel every night of the week. I am actually incredibly picky and a bit of a germaphobe. I bring my own sheets as most of the time the sheets that are on the beds have some hairs on them even in nicer hotels. I even bring a lint rollers to Swype off their sheets before I put mine down and fantastic to clean the counters and the sinks. This is the first hotel in the last 10 years that I did not have to clean even a little bit. I even used their sheets!!! Everything was incredibly spotless and the hotel is so quiet. There is a restaurant attached to which unfortunately I did not get to enjoy but maybe next time!

We stay here and walked to the Ledge for a concert. Walter at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are super clean. Everything is new and in top shape. Perfect location. Makes me want to keep coming to Waite Park. Way to go HGI and amazing staff! Everyone from front desk to housekeeping is on their game.Rooms: Clean, quiet, new, great air conditioning!Nearby activities: Great restaurants within easy walking distance.Walkability: Just about a mile to the Ledgr.Noteworthy details: Easy walk to the Ledge.

The cleanest and most modern hilton property in St. cloud. It includes a small dinner area/bar and the best small shopping area (sodas, wine, candies, and energy drinks). Everything is clean and modern, with plenty of easy parking. The weight room and pool are nice and there are some very nice meeting spaces. There are plenty of shopping and places to eat in the immediate area. The staff are great and willing to engage beyond the minimum.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values their peace and comfort. The doors are so loud that they wake you up every time someone enters or exits their room. It sounds like a war zone in the hallways. There is no continental breakfast, which is a rip-off for the price they charge. And the worst part was the night manager, who closed the pool early and made us feel very uncomfortable with his leering gaze. He was very rude and unprofessional. This hotel needs a serious makeover and a new staff. Stay away from this place!
