This place was great! The staff took the time to answer all the questions I had about cutting and finishing the edge of a granite countertop. I got every thing I needed to complete the task and even though it's 2 hours from my house, it was worth the drive.

Website used to be good but the new update is pretty much unusable. Tools are lumped into huge categories and you are unable to refine them very far which makes the pages 1000's of products long. I'm forced to order out of the catalog again.

After being bought out by Granquartz this company now only carries sub par products that they can mark up the most. Then when you try to return items it takes 2 weeks and 10 phone calls. I think the company policy is to deter you from returning anything. I suggest calling Braxton Bragg or Regent.
