Two stars, one for each of the great employees I interacted with (seriously, both were great).ZERO stars for FedEx and FedEx procedures though! Tracking shows my item arrived at the facility on 5/26, with an estimated delivery date of 5/31 (why it was planned to sit there so long is another question). I was supposed to get a call to coordinate the delivery, after not getting a call by the afternoon of 5/31 I called FedEx. Big hassle, transferred several times, before finally getting to a decent / helpful person. That person tells me I should have gotten the planning call on 5/30, but someone there dropped the ball. Then due to their truck availability it'd be next week before the delivery could be made. I ended up burning two+ hours of my day and fuel to drive there and pick up my item myself on 6/1. FedEx got paid full rate to deliver my item to me on 5/31, only to have me go pick it. Yet again, the Brown truck services are more dependable for getting things to me on schedule.
