“I had a friend call me with what appeared to be a battery problem with his vehicle. It sounded like it was potentially a faulty battery. It was around 6:35 so I Googled Batteries Plus to see how late they were open. They closed at 7:00 PM so I knew we needed to act quickly. I called the Batteries Plus in Sauk Rapids and Daryl answered and said he had the correct battery and he would wait for my friend to arrive and install the battery. Daryl not only installed the battery he also checked the alternator to make sure that was charging properly which it was. I actually own a car dealership a distance from Sauk Rapids so I am aware of what the battery should cost. I was shocked by how reasonable the price of the battery was and then Daryl installed it for free. Daryl was extremely kind and helpful. I was very impressed with the service my friend got from Daryl. Thank you Daryl, job well done. Then on top of that the following day David from the same store followed up with me to thank us for the business and also offered other services for our dealership. Being a business owner for over 35 years I have rarely seen customer service done so well! Thank you Daryl and Batteries Plus for getting my friend back on the road! Job well done!”

“I went in for a new battery in an iPad for the combine. I told him I needed as soon as possible and they told me it be an hour. It was ready 45 minutes later. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“After their new remodeling and additional new store location, I didn't like it as much. The old location had everything conveniently together. I liked it better and so did a buddy of mine. However, what makes it better, in my opinion, is there's less traffic of people in the store now. In fact, I'm starting to get used to the new arrangement. I really do like their selection of video games and collectibles. The staff is also usually helpful and friendly. My recent visit was a pleasant experience. The manager was very kind, and he had SNES Donkey Kong Country music playing in the background that I really liked listening to, so I'm updating my review and giving LGS four stars! ?”

“I’m the owner of Circuit Solutions & Repair LLC.We are moving our business location. As such we are currently closed through April 10th 2020. Our phone line will be temporarily disconnected.We are also changing our business focus.We will no longer be fixing any consumer electronics.
