ECig Lounge is a favorite vape store with fantastic and awesome customer service. The workers and employees are nice, really friendly, helpful, patient, and funny. They offer help with devices and juices. Prices are kinda high compared to other shops, and a pod may leak a bit. Overall, it is a great place for both new reusable devices and products like the Smok nord 5.
I walked in to the shop on Christmas eve. I bought a new Smok nord 5, and was helped by the Owner. Fantastic customer service, hands down.

Went in to get a reusable e cig because the disposable ones get expensive. The guy working was really friendly and helpful to what juice was comparable to the disposable loons and how the reusable devices work. Great place and awesome service
