I do not recommend Doll Automotive for any service or auto repair. We first brought our vehicle there for the engine light on; they replaced a sensor. And when we drove away the engine was smoking. Brought it right back and a coolant hose had broke coincidentally while it was on there lot. 6 weeks later engine light came back on for the same issue. Spoke with Dave on a Thursday and made an appointment for Monday told him I would be dropping it off Sunday. On Monday I did not hear from them in the morning so I called at noon and Dave answered and said “oh we have you on the schedule for Tuesday” I told him I would have never made the appointment for Tuesday as I didn’t have any way of dropping it off that day. But they couldn’t work on it on Monday cause the were busy. Then I call Tuesday at 2:30 cause I still had not heard from them. And they had just started working on it even though it should have been done on Monday. A week later again engine light on same problem. I spoke with Brent who said that he thinks it’s an electrical issue and he would get the Chrysler part of me and be able to warranty the part so it would not cost me. When they got the part I brought the vehicle back and asked them to also put air in a tire for me cause it was low and we had not had the chance to put air in it. Without my permission or even calling to let me know they replaced the valve stem and were going to charge me $30 for a part first I didn’t ask and ok to be replaced and second a part that I can get replaced for free everywhere else. I will not be returning to Doll Automotive. I find them dishonest and unreliable. Dave is bad for their business.

Most helpful repair place I've ever been to. We had an object fly up and punch a hole in the gas tank on my 2023 f150 on I 94. They bentbover backwards to help us out. I don't think you will find a more honest and helpful repair place anywhere!!

I’ve had Brent at Doll Auto work on my vehicle multiple times over the years. Always fantastic work, timely and clear about what needs to be fixed. No run around with prices, fantastic! I recommend Doll Auto to anyone looking for something as an oil change to a major fix.

Had a “30-Point Inspection” done. Was told everything was good only to find a couple weeks later my brakes were on the rivets & grinding on the rotors. 500 dollars that could have totally been prevented. Not happy after that. Anyone know how to rate negative stars?Most of the “5-Star Reviews” here are fake.
