“Mills Fleet Farm has a lot of customers at this store, that's because it's a nice place to shop, kind of relaxing here, I've talked to different people about this store on many occasions in the last 20 years and heard positive things why they like shopping here, come to think of it I don't really have any complaints about Fleet Farm, things were a bit harder to find after they made this store a giant store, but that is to be expected wouldn't you say! I've always thought their employees were kind and helpful in my case, I figure that Mills Fleet Farm train their employees to be helpful and kind, at least that has been my experience for over 20 years, as a shopper I expect some employees to have a bad day every once in a while, I haven't had that here yet, but if I do it's not hard for me to be kind to someone who's having a bad day or having unhappy moments, after all they are more than an employee they are also Human, Just think it's nice to have more than the Home Depot and Menards, I just feel more at home shopping at Mills Fleet Farm with smiles and nice people.”

“This store has the nicest employees. Went to do amazon return and upon entering the store, one of the employees directed me to the right direction. The lady who helped me with my return was also very nice. Clearance section was kinda a mess but I don't blame them. People usually just pull things from the shelves and didn't return them at the right spot.”
“Used Kohl's Amazon return counter. Very convenient! Line was long due to the line is with Kohl's return counter line. Store was busy with Christmas shoppers. Parking lot was pretty full with some remaining parking in the back lot.”
