I purchased two mattresses from Cloud 9 and both experiences were great! I recently had a warranty claim, and the process was super smooth. I was not required to be heavily involved in the process. It was as simple as sending in photos and them letting me know when it be delivered. :) I will be purchasing all of my mattresses from Cloud 9.

We visited 4 stores in St. Cloud and we came back to this one to buy our mattress. The showroom was very straightforward: just mattresses, not a bunch of other furniture/accessories to complicate matters. Chris answered all of our questions and gave us some good points to consider without trying to upsell us. In the end, he gave us the best deal. He and his business partner delivered the mattress themselves and set up the bed in our room. Excellent service! Well done, guys!

I recently upgraded my mattress through Cloud 9 and Chris and Erik made it extremely easy. They asked what I wanted in a bed and gave suggestions without any forcible guiding to a higher priced product like you often see from furniture sales. The entire interaction felt comfortable and supported from start to finish. Chris and Erik handled the delivery themselves which made things easier for me and my schedule for a very fair price. I'm happy to have been able to support a local business with such splendid owners. 10/10 would recommend. I've been sleeping so much better since

Very informative on the mattreses. Has a good verity. I was able to get my matresses in 2 days. Has them on hand where alot of places don't. Will go there again.
