THE WORST CABLE COMPANY EVER TO EXIST!!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! They charged us TWICE in one month for the services they provided. We called to use our card to make a payment and they said it would not work. So we sent a check for $200 dollars to them. They cashed the check and then charged our card for the same amount. They flat out tried to double charge us for one month of service. They charged the card after getting the check WITHOUT our permission or even letting us know they were going to try again after they said it wouldn’t work. We had no idea until we tried to purchase something for my niece. Now we are overdrawn on our bank account, have to pay an overdraft fee for something they did without permission, and are expected to wait 2 weeks for a refund check AFTER WE HAD TO CALL IN. THEY WERE JUST GOING TO KEEP OUR MONEY AND SAY NOTHING. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and the people working it are incompetent and extremely rude. We will be changing companies as soon as possible. This is an absolute disgrace to companies trying to actually help their customer. Disgusting and inexcusable.

I am 4 miles away from there building I can only get 15mbs for an $60 and didn’t inform me like I asked when I could upgrade which is now 40mbs for $40 I can’t even consistently get the 15mbs it drops for 5mins at a time atleast once ever 3hra If this your only option like mine it’s all you got but If you can pick anything else I would

The max speed I can get at my address is "15mbps", except my download speeds usually sit around 3-5. Unless I'm running a speed test, of course. The device I carry in my pocket blows past that with no problem. Pathetic speeds, considering I pay around $60 a month. If there were any other wired option in my area I'd jump off this ship asafp. CenturyLink, do better.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Would not recommend their services to anyone. Do not get the direct TV discount offer they send you after you sign up; direct tv does not hold up to their promises and century link is no help with it either. Spent 1.5 hours on the phone and got no where.
