We recently and unexpectedly lost a family pet to cancer, and Dr Boysen and his staff we're so understanding. The doctor had a full schedule and still made time to ease our dog's pain. Even though it's something the clinic and staff must deal with on a daily basis, they were all professional, sympathetic, and caring. They made sure the experience of losing a family member was given the proper gravity, and Dr. Boysen himself was excellent. From his empathetic and professional delivery of terrible news to freeing up time in an obviously hectic schedule to walk us through an incredibly difficult afternoon, I'm grateful he was there for us.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Boysen and his staff. They are so polite and professional, understanding, sympathetic, and caring, yet family type friendly and accommodating. When I thought that there was no hope for my kitty, Dr. Boysen assured me that she wasn't as bad off as I thought she was, and then he educated me on how to care for her so she can enjoy a good happy life for years to come. I highly and sincerely recommend Boysen Animal Hospital in Waite Park, MN
