“I have been here several times and every time staff is always friendly and helpful! I had some issues with my Menards countertops and Adam helped me through every issue to get me taken care of and happy! This management team will go above and beyond to take care of you! One other thing I really like is I had an item that was over 90 days since date of purchase but never opened and in original packaging and Menards took it back no questions asked and gave me store credit which was great! I’ve done the same thing at Home Depot and they won’t let you return anything at all for any reason even if it was never opened if it’s after 90 day window. With doing big projects 90 days goes by quick and pumped Menards could help out on that end!”

“You know what these guys did? One of their employees transportation is a bicycle to get to and from work. While working, his bike was stolen. A few days later, they put together funds and bought this veteran a new bike. This is a store that takes care of its employees. Will defiantly shop there in the future. Very well done guys, thanks!”
