“This review is regarding Dan Weiher. I live 4 hours away in North Dakota and recently brought my old golf cart in for service since the service I got in ND was substandard and did not remedy my issues. I figured I would take it back to where I purchased it, and that is how I ended up back in Kals in Wadena. I emailed and Dan W responded promptly and gave me the opportunity to bring my cart in right away. I dropped it off, spoke with Dan and he told me they would assess the issue and fix it and get back to me ASAP. My cart was done in around a week and I drove down to come and pick it up. Prior to arriving, I searched their inventory to see if I would be interested in trading up for a newer model from Kals. I found one, but I didn't make the final decision until the day I got back to Wadena. The service and communication I received from Dan and the service staff through the entire process was second to none. I was glad to trade in my cart for a new model and the process was simple and hassle-free. I will be doing my business with Kals and Dan from now on 4 hours away from my home, because great customer service is hard to come by and I am particular about who gets my business.”
