We have a daily UPS pickup through the Wadena UPS HUB and if our regular driver is on vacation or ill, the sub-drivers DO NOT PICK UP! Just last Friday we had several 2-day air packages to be picked up, and the NO UPS driver showed up. So today, I had to change my UPS tag for overnight service in order to get the packages to my customer.

It stated online that it was open all day but it wasn't. The drop box was completely stuffed. There was a worker in the parking lot so I asked them about where I can place the box I wanted to ship. They said I should put it on top of the drop box???

Had a problem with delivery and found out it was a sick day for that main guy with was absolutely amazing and super sweet obviously loves his job and does a great one everything was resolved thank you!!

What ever driver you have on Eclipse Dr in Park Rapids better slow down. Owners maintained road and driver is ripping it up. The driver is going to hurt someone

I’ve been shipping, for my business, at the Wadena location for 3 years. I have always had a great experience. The staff here are perfectly pleasant and helpful. I know that when I drop my packages off with them, they will get to the recipients on time and without damage.A tip for those who don’t want to wait in line: you can purchase a postage scale on Amazon for $20. It’s free and easy to sign up for a UPS account so you can have your packages ready to ship when you arrive. Place them on the table inside and walk out. Easy peasy.

I just want to say thank you to the driver who does my route (from Wadena to Ottertail). It's awesome that he goes out of his way to protect the boxes on wet days! I completely appreciate it very much! (the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because some days the deliveries are much later in the day - I think that's on the days that there must be truck trouble, because I see a U-Haul truck sometimes delivering the UPS shipments. On those days, it must be a different driver, because that one leaves the boxes by my garbage can by the garage, instead of bringing it to my door. Has to be a sub on those days!)
