Friendly staff, not as up to date as some pharmacies. Communication is not the best.

Can to pick up a prescription for my father 18 hours after the hospital sent it into the pharmacy. Have to wait because it is not ready. As I am waiting I am listening to other customers whom also have to wait because their prescriptions are also not ready. Not sure what is the problem here.
