My chassis had a flat/damaged tire . I took it to this shop to replace my tire. The mechanic are very lazy with no experience. The put new tire without checking the rims and spacer. After the Said ,they were done I realized my budflap was fold ,they didn't have respect to fix or pull it down.
Moreover they failed to check the tire by the damaged tire if had AIR in it. On my way on the hwy I realized the new tire they put on got damaged and the next tire by it got off the rim. And my spaces on the rims got damaged.
Now I been stuck for 2 days on the road for 2day to find part and mechanic. Be advised do not go in this shop. Very bad mechanic

I have been using Heartland Tire off and on for about 20 years now. I also use them for some of my commercial tire needs. Good people and good service wherever it is. My last service was at Wadena.

Tires have become ridiculously expensive, especially for semi trucks, etc. I was calling all over trying to find what I wanted. Terry at Heartland located a set at a different store quite a distance away, and had them shipped here. And since this set of tires had been purchased before the latest round of price increases, he passed that savings on to me, saving me several hundred dollars. Really great professional guys - were able to get me in earlier than my usual place. They did great problem solving and work on my van for a great price. I left with sound advice and a quote for further work - they emphasized I'm in no hurry and can wait till winter to get more done. Super friendly guys who explain everything to you and don't pressure you.
