I have used the Culligan Water Softener Company since I started my family in 1996. We have had some of the worst water at places we have lived and Culligan has always come through by giving us the perfect water for our home to drink, shower, and wash our clothes. They are definitely a 5 Star establishment to our family.

Wadena Culligan is the place to go for all of your water needs. From just having your water tested to see if it safe to drink to correcting the issues found in your water. If you take a drink of water out of your kitchen sink and you have it coming out of your mouth faster that it went in you have a MAJOR problem. Believe me I have had that happen in a town that I use to live in! So see Wadena Culligan for ALL of your water needs. I was glad that Culligan was able to help me with that problem. They set me up with a Water Softener to take the hardness out of my water. We then have 99% of all contaminates take out with Reverse Osmose Water filtration. We the have it go thru a Di ionization process to remove any reaming containments it is finely pass thru a Ultra Violate light to remove any Bacteria that may be left. So Why spend money for bottled water at the store just have a complete water treatment system in stalled under your sink and have your special water faucet at your kitchen sink. So just stop by at your local Wadena Cullingan and ask For Dale!

Apparently the card they had on file expired. Customer service person that called to tell me my bill was past due was so rude. I told her I didn't understand why because I was on AUTO PAY. No need to act like I'm a dead beat that doesn't pay my bills; just tell me the card has expired and you need me to update it. Jeez!

Excellent service! A very local feel when you talk to the office, very friendly and seek to meet the customers needs. I have been very satisfied with their softener service for many years. Very accommodating and responsive.I would highly recommend Culligan of Wadena to anyone seeking water services

This is the 18th year we’ve had Culligan water softener filters delivered every two weeks to an our seasonal home and during this time their customer service is stellar. Since their management changed a couple years back their communications is even better than before. The filter makes our well water soft and filters out natural occurring rust found in this lakes area region. The water is safe to use without this service but I feel the cost is worth the benefits for washing cloths and showering. A little touch of luxury that our guests and family notice and appreciate. I recommend them.

The sales representative and the installing technician were both awesome to work with. The price is great. I wish I would have got the softener sooner!
