Cleanliness: This place is awful. I was cut on my large toe while having a pedicure. The girl came from another pedicure to me without washing her hands and did not put on gloves even after she cut me and I was bleeding. I was bleeding really hard and no, I am not on blood thinners. She didn’t get any new tools, so I assume the ones she used on the other lady were being used on me too. When I wanted to go home, she wanted to put the rubber flip-flops on me and I said no I want my shoes on. She walked over and put her foot into my shoe. I am not sure why, but I don’t appreciate anyone else putting their feet into my shoes. I will never ever go back there.

Cut my finger, made me bleed. Rude. Did not speak to me the entire time and would slap my hand to make me change hands. My nails looked okay, but they didn’t have the color I wanted with out paying extra. They will also charge you $10 extra for almond shape.

Me and my sister, grandm, and mom did a great job. We got manicures and pedicures. They are very friendly and do a very good job on the nails.

Mary and her staff have always treated me so well. Being I'm non verbal I need someone to work with my handicaps and they have consistently done that for years. They are the BEST. Thank you Venus Nails, Waconia.

Loved this salon!! Randomly found it a month ago and have now been back twice. Such friend people and amazingly clean environment. Came out of here with two amazing pedicures so far and I would recommend to anyone!Services: Foot massages

Venus nails did a horrible job. I went in for a French tip. Each nail seemed to be a different height. As well they weren't rounded off correctly. It cost $50. Also my hands were sore after, and the lady almost cut me twice, i had to pull my hands away. I ended up going somewhere else to have them fix their mess up and spent an additional $20. I wouldn't recommend them period...

Very disappointed. I called ahead to make sure they had time to fit me in for an acrylic fill, they said yes. Once I got there I sat for 25 minutes. Then they never buffed my natural nail so less than 24 hours later they are already starting to lift. Not to mention the product is over my cuticles. The lady also turned my hand over to “clean” my hands of the mess she created with the acrylic and scuffed my engagement ring with a buffer. Finally these are the thickest nails I have ever gotten. I do not recommend this place.

The worst. Dirt everywhere - and I was the first appointment slot of the day. Clearly attention to hygiene and cleanliness is not a priority. They are more focused on upselling services than doing a good job on the service you're paying for. Nails overpainted so cuticles red. Skimped on topcoat so the shine is diminished after 10 minutes. Just an overall poor quality experience. Don't waste your time or money.
