If your mail is stuck at one point and there is a delay with no movement, they can't help you with anything. They won't provide any information and there is no way to know what happened to your mail. I was just told to forget about my mail! Their investigation support and service is garbage. Horrible. Never again!

I really like this location, the team is great. Dean is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful! I mail international packages occasionally and he always knows just what to do and what information to enter. Unlike Minneapolis usps-One of my items was returned and unable to be delivered to Great Britain due to Minneapolis usps not entering address details correctly into the system . I brought my item to mail here at waconia and Dean knew exactly how and what to enter with the address I provided. The item arrived just as it was suppose to via international mail.
Jill is also super helpful and friendly! She helped me get details about a late and missing package that the 1800 number could not. Thank You Waconia usps!

A USPS post office should be able to print lables for guests. I provided the correct information, for a return label(USPS). Was immediately dismissed, with go some where else to print it. Walked 2 hours. Thanks for nothing.

So I am NOT rating the service AT the window, they are fantastic as always. Helpful to friendly and very valuable! Thank you for everything you do!!This IS about the sorting prossess and the delivery service at my home. Someone who lived at my address over 4 years ago got in trouble with the law and she didn't change her address on her license. Well letters from lawyers poured into my mailbox for weeks. Then there was the visit from the sheriff because she didn't answer the paperwork they sent her. What a mess. How long do I have to live here (2 years) for you (carrier) to figure out that she is not here?? UGH!!

Worst mail delivery experience ever! I received two pieces of mail that were dated over two months old. Every week I get a neighbor from anywhere from a street over to three streets over knocking on my door to say they have some of my mail. I have gone in person to speak with the manager, but still no change!!!

Terrible. Can't pickup a package that is delivering tomorrow. We are always getting the neighbors mail and vice versa.

Yet another lost package this morning on top of broken packages late packages and boxes sent to our neighbors on a regular basis. I am trying to run a small business and this is getting really frustrating. Unfortunately I don't have any ideas how to fix the problem after phone calls and letters I am completely fed up with the US postal service in Waconia .
