Shape it up fitness is amazing! I have worked out with Megan off and on for about ten years now. The classes are up-beat and there is a variety of classes to choose from. Megan also does private training and small groups, which I loved for keeping me balanced and on track.

I joined SIU - Sweat with Megan online class 1 month ago and I am loving it!! I love the variety of workouts and that I am able to complete them from home. Megan’s positive energy helps keep me accountable and motivated for more!!

I absolutely love the Sweat with Megan option through Shape it Up! I am able to stay on with my fitness and still do videos at the time that works best for my schedule. The Sweat with Megan crew's videos are challenging and even though I'm doing it from home I still hold myself accountable as the workouts make me feel better every day!

SIU has been a game changer for me. I knew at 62 years of age I needed to make my physical (and mental) health a priority, as I entered my senior years. I am now 66 and feel at my best physically and mentally as I have made SIU a way of life. It helps keep my moods elevated, helps keep me fit and active to enjoy what life offers, I refuse to let the years cause me to be sedentary and SIU is my “happy place”. Megan (the owner) is extremely upbeat and supportive, as are the rest of the trainers. For all you senior people, there is a “Beginners and Low Impact” session and the trainers will meet you at your fitness level and will help build you to the next level. There is no judgement, just a place to feel good with supportive vibes around you.

I love this studio! I have been doing personal training sessions with Megan for a few weeks now and I love my time with her. I generally do not like working out but she is always positive and makes my time with her enjoyable! She pushes me without being too hard on me and I always feel great after our sessions. I love supporting a local, woman owned business, too!

I have started with personal training with Megan and group fitness classes at SIU and have loved every second! After one month, I’m down 5+ lbs and 10 inches overall! I am finishing up my free week at SIU and I have nothing but amazing things to say! The instructors are all so welcoming along with the members! If you are on the fence about joining this loving and inspirational community give the free week a try and see what it is all about! Each day is something new so there is great variety! Last week I did my first free week at SIU and WOW!!! It was amazing!! Everyone there was so encouraging and welcoming. I’m currently on my second week at SIU and I’ve never felt better physically and mentally. I have way more energy throughout the day and I’m more aware of what I’m consuming to stay healthy. Megan is honestly the best, she checks in with you and encourages you to try your best. I can’t wait to continue my fitness journey at SIU!

I’ve been training here for over 2 years and love love love this place!! The coaches are seriously the best in the industry and just the kindest and most loving people! I’m always amazed at how much attention to detail they give to my form and technique and that community vibe here makes working out so much more fun!

SIU rocks!!! They create a positive and challenging workout environment for all levels. There are a variety of classes every week and each is different, which I LOVE - no getting bored or feeling "stuck" in a routine. I am the best version of myself physically and mentally since coming to SIU. You will feel supported, and empowered, and motivated by the instructors - they are all fabulous!!!
