My hearing aid wire was broken
I was able to get an appointment quickly and the wire was replaced.
It’s a very accommodating business.

I recently had my annual “check up” to re-check my hearing and to make sure my hearing aids are working properly and to see if any adjustments were necessary.
We had a good discussion about their use and care and I received my allotment of supplies and batteries, even a replacement travel case - all without charge.
I am grateful that Hearing Life Waconia works hard to help me guard my hearing.
Kudos to Dr Erik and his staff for keeping me informed and engaged.

Omg, Chrissy greets you and dose a great job doing the paper work. EricWas wonderful , helped me put the app on my phone and then walked me through it.
