Cant check in online and expect the estimated wait to ever be accurate. You will still wait 30min whenever you arrive.

Checked in online and it said 25 minute wait. I showed up 30 minutes later and was told it would be an hour. The stylist was rude too. This place has gone down hill bad unfortunately.

I live in Chaska checked 3 places out. They said 16 minute wait. Cool I booked appointment they sent a text saying 15 minutes. I walk in some rude hair dresser. You have like 2 hours. I said oh I guess I thougnt 15 minutes meant 15. Thanks for wasting 45 minutes

Have gone here many times. Experience can vary based on individual stylist, but I've been happy with most of my haircuts. Prices have gotten way too high though IMO for a simple haircut.

My hubby goes to this location often. They do great work. We live in Belle Plaine, and even before our town's location closed, we would go to NP because their service was just a lot better! Nice people working there. Lots of parking.
