Horrible service. You literally have to wait for a digital receipt because they don't print one. Plan on waiting around for 10+ minutes if you want confirmation your package is being processed. Ridiculous and I won't be shipping anything here or with FedEx again.

Went to return an Amazon package. Someone was being helped and then someone else came and helped me right away

Had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come to the service counter to take my package but the staff was friendly and petsonable.

I was sending modem back to charter communication i asked attendant for a receipt she said the computer wouldn't let her print. And now Charter is still billing for a modem i already sent back, and i don't have a receipt for proof. Not happy if they make me pay for modem i don't have.
