Great haircuts and friendly experienced staff. Would've been a long wait though if I would've been 10 minutes early like they recommend. I was a few minutes late for my scheduled time but still waited 10-15 minutes until they were ready for me. I'm not an 'in a hurry' person so I didn't care but some people would be upset about it so that's why I didn't rate them 5 stars.

I tend to get more alternative haircuts and this can be difficult out here in the midwest. But Fantastic Sam's is always able to deliver on what I want, and usually improve upon it too!

I went to get my eyebrow waxed and it was uneven, messy and they left wax all around my eyebrows and even got it in my hair and not a tiny bit . I had to scrub it off and spend half an hour plucking them not having to do that was the whole reason I went in the first place
