Well it is convenient and they were nice, but what is with 3 for 10.99 each or 4 for 12.99 each (2x4x8s lumber)? Don't you usually get a deal for more? I guess that's why I am NOT an ace rewards member..can't afford to be.

It's a good sized hardware for our small town of Waconia. Staff was friendly and helpful, I was asked if I needed help by two employees on my way to what I needed. Spent 20 minutes chatting with a friendly customer. Found what I needed and checked out. Register clerk was friendly. Large selection of hardware, clean and bright store. Great visit. I went back for a couple items recently as an update, they are still super friendly and helpful

Love this hardware store. I always go in with my gaggle of kids, which is only 2, but by the looks of it you would think i was juggling 4, and they always help me throughout my whole shopping visit. Someone is always there to greet me, and ask if i need help with anything. They converse with my kids, and keep them busy while I shop quickly. they always bring my purchased items to the truck for me, while I attempt to keep my young kids under control. Very nice hardware store. It's a nice shopping experience every time I go.

They got a lot of stuff and the people are very polite. Only thing was that 2 items were marked wrong. Kinda shocking when you get to the register.

Really great staff/management. They’re very friendly and helpful. Even when I’ve walked in at closing, they’ve been just as kind and willing to help find solutions for repairs. Really appreciate these people!
