My girlfriend needed her vehicle towed across town .She had everything set up the night before to have him come with a rollback because her car is AWD.He shows up the next morning with a standard wrecker. He wanted her to leave payment ( which was way overpriced) in the car with it unlocked so he could come back later and haul it on the rollback, when she refused to leave $100 in her unlocked vehicle , he drove off at a high rate of speed and never came back.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and dangerous since it was in a parking lot.NEVER EVER will this place get any of my business!!!!!

We had a wheel bearing go out on our boat trailer near Kellogg. Called Wabasha Towing for help with roadside repair. We had all the parts, just needed some help. Tow truck driver came out, helped us and explained everything he was doing while doing the repair. Charged a reasonable rate and sent a text later on to make sure we got home ok.

Have tried on three separate occasions to get a tow and all I got was “we don’t have anyone available!” ...for two of them. The one successful tow I got took four hours and they were insanely rude the whole time! Do not do business with them! Call Dons in Plainview or the boys in Lake City. Way more reliable and courteous.

Would be nice to offer zero stars but that’s not an option. Should you need a towing service you are much better off finding a couple of random oxen and paying the farmer. Chances are the farmer would be much more pleasant to deal with. The woman that works at wabasha towing is bay far one of the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever met. My friend was in a motorcycle accident and he asked me to get the bikes picked up. I was directed by the local police to call once I got into town. Upon her arrival I was berated and told what an inconsiderate person I was for waking up a 70 something year old woman. I’m sorry at 70 some years old you still have to work but that’s your choice. You made an absolute killing for the tow job. $800 for two bikes for less than a half mile. Bikes were in your possession for less than 5 hours. No wonder your ratings are so low. You’re a crook

The treatment we were shown was totally unacceptable. The were extremely rude and belittling. I was in a motorcycle accident 1/2 mile or less away from their facility. The police called them to tow our bikes and told us we could pick them up that night. While in the ER I made arrangements for a friend to drive down from the St. Paul and pick the bikes up. They were so rude to him because it was after hours. instead of saying no they lectured him on how it interrupted your night. He tried to explain I was in the ER and please lighten up and talk nice. Her response was "too bad - you get what you deserve" . What a heartless response. On top of it they charged us $800 for 2 motorcycles that were able to be pushed. They tow was less then 1/2 mile away and the bikes were there only 4-5 hrs. I am also logging a complaint to the BBB, the Police department and the local Wabasha business. Don't give them any business.

Do not do business with this place! Awful customer service! My neighbor called Wabasha Towing for a job, and the owner came out to my neighbor’s property and was not paying attention to where he was driving and did damage to my property! When I called the owner to talk to him about it, he admitted fault, refused to do anything about it, spoke rudely to me, and then hung up on me! I thought maybe we just got disconnected, so I called back and he said that he absolutely hung up on me and he went and hung up again! Terrible!

Do not do business with this place! I have never been treated as rudely as the owner of Wabasha Towing treated me. First he damaged our property after our neighbors called and used his service. He was not paying attention to where he was driving and damaged our property. When I called to talk to him about it, he was rude and hung up on me. I called back again, and he used a rude voice, rude words, refused to do anything about the damage he did and then hung up on me again. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!

THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS! Learn from my mistake. AAA engaged them on my behalf and I wish I had read some of the other reviews and refused their service. I am currently working to make sure that they are taken of the recommended service centers by AAA.

Horrible service! We needed a flat bed tow truck, we and our roadside assistance BOTH requested specifically a flat bed truck for a collector car. The operator showed up 15 minutes late with an ordinary wrecker. Got cranky and left stating he would empty his flat bed and be back in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, our roadside assistance called us and said the towing company was cancelling the call, so we would have still been waiting there stranded had our roadside assistance not called us. If you need service, call Becklund's in Milleville instead.

Has always done quality work for me. Cannot comment on the towing as I haven't had towing completed before. Tire prices are fair and I prefer local labor and service to any big box retailer.

Do yourself a favor and never use this business. They towed my truck and crushed the rear bumper. The dealership they dropped the truck off at took pictures of the driver bouncing the truck to get it off the towing hook. When presented with the photos of the driver unloading the vehicle and the damage the owner Tony claimed he asked his employee Fran (his brother) if any damage had been done to my vehicle and was told that there was no damage. Body shop estimated the damage to be over $1000. Tony would not provide insurance information and told me he was not responsible unless I had video proof of them doing the damage. What I do have is pictures of the truck right before Wabasha Towing touching the vehicle without any damage and pictures of Wabasha Towing unloading the vehicle with damage... This organization is the worst of the worst. DO NOT USE!
