We recently had our kitchen floor replaced with a new vinyl plank floor product bought and installed by Tommy. The workmanship was outstanding. Not only did Tommy's Carpet store have various products to choose from, Tommy answered all our inquiries. It will be a pleasure to use his flooring business in the future.

Such a great experience. We recently bought a new home and needed all carpet replaced immediately. Tommy’s Carpet was so quick to respond, worked when promised, and did a FANTASTIC job! They were very kind and considerate to our family leaving carpet over any and all sharp areas when they left at night, cleaned up after themselves, and were extremely polite. So thankful for a friend’s recommendation to use Tommy’s Carpet. 100% we recommend them!

Tommy’s Carpet did a fantastic job at our new home! We have had many compliments on the carpet so far and Tommy was quick to answer any questions we had. They cleaned up after themselves after leaving our home each time which was very appreciated. Overall, great service and great quality for the cost and would recommend them to anyone!

Great experience, beginning to end. Tommy brought samples to my Rochester home & professionally advised me on materials and colors (installation was vinyl planking & carpet). Tommy, Cody & Dorian worked full days yet remained patient to answer questions. A couple of surprises along the way were handled quickly and with no complaints from the team.

We were very glad we selected Tommy’s Carpet. This is the second job they have done for us with bathroom flooring last year and bedroom carpet today. It’s really great having the business owner on site and You can tell he takes great pride in the work. Tommy and his team did amazing work. They came in fast gave me accurate quotes and were able to do more then expected in a house that needed a lot of work! They went above and beyond! Anytime I had a question or concern they were able to meet my expectations! The house looks glorious and the new flooring is exactly what was needed to make this house a workable home! We had Tommy install carpets in our bedrooms and office and could not be happier with the responsiveness, communication, and how quick he was able to get the install done. The quality of the carpet and of the install is top notch. If you need carpets I would 100% recommend Tommy and Tommy's Carpet, there is no reason to even consider carpets from somewhere else.

Tommy and his crew always come through, good communication, shows up on time, positive attitude with a sense of humor. Nice showroom to select products, with candy jar, and fair pricing. Tommy has done many floors for us over the past 7 years and we are always happy with his work. Friendly and professional.
