Kept having problems with them adding charges. Got it refunded each time and with an apology. After the third time, I decided I was tired of watching my account so closely and losing hours in my day to get it corrected. I never went back to them.

After decades with it's time to switch. Charging $10 per cashiers check after getting them free is ridiculous.

Melissa and Ward went out of their way to help close my sdb as i did not make an appointment. I would have been charged $100 the next day otherwise. Thank you!
