Over four months to prepare my return, four months! After several years of bringing my business here I don't know what's going on with this business but I will NOT be returning. They also lost my W-2s; they did find them a few days later.It took contacting a Manager to finally have my return prepared, and it took her a month to do it. I am a w-2 employee, it's not like I have a complex tax return. Is this firm going under?
