Your hours of operation are ridiculously short and irritatingly inconvenient. And after reading all the responses to complaints, what is this about "contact us on Twitter or Facebook private messenger"? What about a phone number so people can talk to an actual person? What happened to REAL customer service?

Pay through the nose for next day overnight shipping for a shipment of very expensive live fish. "Delayed because of weather" ok fine. It did snow on the original delivery day. Arrived at Virginia UPS office 3am. 11am and it still says "preparing for delivery" and this is not a unique experience. Without fail, EVERY time I pay for expedited shipping because I NEED the package to arrive sooner than the cheaper shipping options, it gets delayed. Two day shipping? Good luck getting it inside a week. It'll sit "preparing for delivery" for upwards of a day and because they have such pathetically short hours I can't even go pick up my packages myself.

They delivered my large package to my mail box on the main road and left it in the snow under all the mail boxes. Fed-x delivers to my door. Great service ups.

Delivery driver who was supposed to get signature, just stuck a note on my door and walked away. Did not knock and wait for someone to come sign. Its unfair when you pay extra for fast shipping, and yall cant even knock because you want your day to end sooner. Smh. My brother watched him walk up, stick the "missed delivery" note and walk away without trying to get ahold of anyone inside.
