My wife and I just purchased a 2023 RAV4 with help from Krista Powell. She did a great job! Very personable as she assisted us from initial inquiry, to delivery, and to purchase. We are very pleased with the whole experience including other members of the team at Iron Trail Toyota.

IT was amazing to work with. Friendly, very professional and personal. They never pressured me. They were just as excited about my purchase as they were their sale! Krista was just wonderful!! I am so glad SHE was able to sell my my car. She got my sense of humor too!!

So we visited them this morning for an 'instant offer' type of deal of which they offered us $1500 for a 2012 gmc acadia, ran fine, great ride and used little oil since last oil change but this is the list of 'things wrong' supposedly (which means they really were trying to gouge us). Funnier yet because we drove 60 miles down the way and received $4400 from a much more reputable dealer only because while on our way there, a lady ran rear ended us and put some scratches/scrapes on the bumper! The staff was friendly enough but not worth 3k of niceness. List of supposed thing wrong: Trans line VVT sensor intake leak oil pan leak (interesting since uses very little oil) rear shock pads and routers (yes, they spelled rotors like that!) hood dent hatch dent clunk front end (which next tech didn't hear) -

Just purchased my first vehicle and I must say KRISTA POWELL WAS AMAZING!!! She was so helpful and friendly! Helped me understand payment options package deals and answered every question with professional knowledge! She was very sweet and patient with me. This will be my go to place! I give 10 stars if I could!!! Krista was amazing THANK YOU SO MUCH! Also Cindy in financing was so friendly! time efficient and was pleasant to work with. I shopped around and honestly Toyota in Virgina IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Thank you so much again for an amazing experience! ??????????

Our Kia broke down on the way through Virginia on Labor Day. With no rental cars in the area, our family of three plus a dog were effectively stranded. We had it towed to Iron Trail Toyota. They weren't able to address the problem because it was under warranty. Service manager Joe Frevel went way above and beyond what would be expected. He contacted Kia roadside assistance, arranged a tow to the nearest Kia dealership in Duluth, spoke with the Kia service department and even offered to get us a ride to Duluth. Joe did this during a a very busy time and knowing that they weren't going to make a dime from helping these strangers from out of town. I also want to thank Brandi from Toyota for giving us a ride to the hotel on Labor Day. Great kudos for helping a stranded family.

I saw they had a Toyota Prius with low mileage there, for a decent price. Admittedly, I had come there hoping in some capacity they could come down on the price, but they showed me other's for a similar price online, which I'm not sure if that is a fair comparison, because those dealers might have come down on their prices. While at Iron Trail, heading into the service area, I witnessed an elderly man being talked to VERY rudely and disrespectful by the guy who works in the automotive service area. The poor old man couldn't understand something to do with his lift gate and the Iron Trail employee made me sickened with how he spoke to this man. You're in a business where it's your job to help people, people who have probably spent thousands there. Perhaps working with people and treating them with respect is too hard, maybe he's in the wrong field or should stay behind the scenes and back in the garage.

Got the best price in the State on a new Toyota Highlander. No frills dealership. Nothing fancy. I shopped several others and nobody came close. Salesman worked hard to get my business. Very satisfied.
