Terrible customer service every time, rude workers, rude managers. Couldn't bother to deliver an order of lumber without a million issues. Ordered it to be delivered to the house, they brought it to the store. Set up delivery to the house FROM the store, wait all day, call numerous times about the order, get told its on the way or they're calling the driver to find it, no calls back, call again, get told the driver called in sick!?! So for HOURS, we were expecting the delivery, talked to people at the store to confirm it was coming, only to find out the driver called in sick and nobody bothered to tell us. The workers kept setting the phones down and talking in the background but wouldn't get back on the line and talk. One girl even hung up on us when asked what's taking so long if the order was supposed to be delivered around noon and it was 4pm. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service!!

My family and I were very disappointed in our experience with Menards when we ordered a clothing dryer last week. They said the dryer would be delivered the following day. When it didn’t arrive we called them and they said it would in fact be delivered the day after, but no one called to let us know. It still didn’t get delivered in the second delivery window. When the contracted delivery guy finally arrived hours later (just as our washing machine load was starting to get mildewy), he let us know it would have been more convenient for him to deliver during the original delivery window and that Menards could have given us his direct number (as we requested) to get more details on the delivery. They also included a bunch of extra gear for the hookup that was for the wrong machine, that we had to subsequently drive back to the store to return. Ultimately the call center dropped the ball on communication and organization of the dryer delivery.

Five stars to Tim and the forklift man from the pick up area, as they were very competent and prepared. Four stars in general because our last supply pick up was a terrible experience and nobody knew what was going on or that they were low on stuff.

Management went the extra mile with a defective product, they not only helped me during a frustrating situation, they upgraded my replacement and carried it outside! I can’t say a single bad thing about them after this experience.

One of the best home improvements stores around me! I love the variety of products they offer. Everything is fairly priced and usually well stocked. This place has so many things you wouldn't think a home improvement store has PLUS great rebates on everything in the store!

Customer service is non existent. They’ll tell you one thing on the phone, tell you another in person, and tell your a third thing once your frustrated and want to leave the god forsaken place. God forbid anyone actually helps you find anything. Mega corporations deserve to fail, and this one should be first. Home Depot can fill it’s place.
