Extremely knowledgeable people with good attitudes very helpful and no runarounds. This place is one of the few that does not mind taking on electrical issues in your vehicle most people shy away from it. If someone can fix electrical issues in a newer car they can fix anything and I will go there again.

My car got a flat tire and the guys at Paul's Auto Service were exceptionally kind. They got the flat tire off the car and fixed within 1/2 hrs. I was so appreciative that they got the job done right away without an appointment! I highly recommend Paul's Auto Service!

If I could give a 0 I would. I have a foreign car and asked if they are comfortable working on Mini Coopers. They said yes, I would just need an oil change. After a week the problem persisted and I called them to follow up. Palms stated to keep driving it to get the oil though. Well come to find it was my timing chain and destroyed my whole engine. My $200 oil change turned to be $10k +. My advise, avoid Palms Auto!!!!
