All the staff have changed in the past year. My homeowners and auto have doubled. Jon is useless. And when asked about it he clearly does not care. He told me he doesn't want customers that he has to deal with.

I’ve been with Krog insurance for almost 5 years . I have continued to use their services even after moving out of state! Jon was very efficient both with insurance for my new home and more recently, with my auto policy. I had rates, etc. from them almost immediately after I contacted them. And the rates are very competitive--less expensive than for my old auto insurance.

These guys do an excellent job at finding great rates and saving you money. They got me some great rates for my motorcycle, which saves me about $100 per month verses my former insurance company (SF). Plus, they make everything super easy for us customers.
