I bought a 2010 Chevy Colorado.The truck had to go into the shop the 1st day.I had it waited a week and a 1/2 to get it back.They did fix 80% of the problems.
But they did not fix the breaking issue that I had with the truck after they Ensured me it was Fixed please be careful buying a vehicle However , they did get me a rental until it was fixed

I recently purchased a new 2024 Rav4 Hybrid from Iron Trail Toyota. I worked with Logan Murphy, who was very personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase, and this made for a very comfortable experience. I did end up purchasing the vehicle, which had to be ordered. Logan kept me in the loop as to the status of my ordered vehicle, and at pick up, he got my phone and Android Auto all hooked up in the new vehicle, as well as going over all the features and how things operated. I was very impressed with his way of conducting business. I'd also like to give a shout out to Cindy in the business office. She processed the necessary paperwork for my purchase, and did so in a very efficient, low pressure and friendly atmosphere. Love my Rav4 Hybrid...thank you Logan!

New to the area so first time coming here. Scheduled thru Iron Trail Motors but they sent me to service area in Toyota building. I knew I needed roters and pads and my tires are getting there. They did a free inspection and told me exactly that, and that everything else looks great. Hard to find dealerships nowadays that won’t try to add extras for $$. Renae helped us through the whole thing and was awesome! Will definitely be coming back

We purchased a 2024 Grand Highlander from Iron Trail Motors with the help of their salesman Logan Murphy. The process went flawlessly and Logan was a joy to work with. As a senior citizen I admit learning new technology can be somewhat intimidating. Logan was very patient in helping me familiarize myself with all the features. He also called several days later to check, in and answer any questions that may have come up. If you are looking for a different vehicle don't hesitate to check out Iron Trail, ask for Logan.

Iron Trail Motors in Virginia Mn service department failed miserably communicating with their team members. Zack's attitude toward resolving an issue was not professional. When his supervisor became involved, the issue was quickly addressed. It has a frustrating experience. In the future, we will do business at Kolar Toyota in Hermantown.

Bailey was absolutely fantastic to work with during our Toyota Sienna purchase. Highly responsive, knowledgeable, honest. In a competitive market for Toyotas, she rolled up her sleeves and went to work and found us the exact van we wanted in a short period of time and for a competitive price. She even went above and beyond and drove it over 200 miles to deliver it to us. I can’t recommend Bailey and her team at Iron Trail Toyota enough! Thank you Bailey for your help!

The service department tried to overcharge me $250. When l called them on basic math, they got snippy. They broke a unrelated part and replaced it with a non-matching part~ and never mentioned it. Avoid this place like the plague!

Christina was an excellent salesperson. She kept me informed of the ETA of my Crown. She taught me how to use all the features on the car, and called me to follow up a few days after I purchased the car. I am always satisfied by the service of my vehicles at Iron Trail Toyota. Had to have the blower motor changed in my van. Mike showed me the estimated cost prior to beginning to repair, that was helpful and a piece of mind. It was supposed to be a long procedure, but they called and had it replaced and fixed unexpectedly fast. Service and people were a great experience this time!
