High pressure on getting other things done than I wanted. Crazy high prices on work. You price changing transfer case fluid at $225.00. That is robbery, it is a drain plug on fill plug. So after this crazy price, I changed the fluid myself in the parking lot where I live.

Jake personally came out and filled my def fluid without an extra charge and took the time to listen to my concerns. Renae was affable and personable during my service appointment. It's great to have local dealership that cares about my business.

Very disappointed. I had made an appointment to get a recall done on my vehicle. My vehicle was there for 5 and 1/2 hours just to find out they never ordered the part. Was supposed to get a call back when the part came in and still haven't heard from them and it's been almost a month. Needless to say I called Washke's instead and will be going to them. Do better Iron Trail ...

Couldn't tell me codes, charged 3hrs labor to diagnose a issue I even knew what it was. Only real "work" was fixing some wires I was told on phone would fix a issue, then told at pickup once I saw the message come back that it must be because of other issue. Paid over $600 for nothing essentially
