For a place that would want you to get the most from your tax return they really did not do well. Canceled on me and needed to reschedule 3 times. And actually lowered how much i was getting back compared to turbo tax. As well as charging $160; which is almost double what turbo tax wanted to do them and they looked confused when i said it should be $89 not $160. Couldn't understand anything they asked me nor could i understand the 15 or so random things they had me sign for.
Plus they had entered my name wrong on several different points and only realized it when i had to point it out to them

Well our taxes are a little bit confusing because of the pretax Health Insurance or I would do it myself so it works a bit expensive but very helpful!

My social security number was entered wrong and I had to go back to get another emerald card. First lady was nice and the second lady was rude. I still can't access either card. For a company that should be accurate had not been giving me accurate information in the last 24 hrs. I would like to move on with my life. Get my money and move on with my life. SO I suggest you DOUBLE CHECK that your information was heard accurately. WE both had masks on and there was a barrier. Still there was no accountability or apology for the first mistake. It was a right or wrong argument and I, the customer was called giving an attitude. When all I was doing was trying to make sure that information was being given correctly the second time.

Laurie McDermid is the best. She has been preparing my taxes for years now. She is knowledgeable, always kind, and professional. The other ladies can be rude and I overheard one older lady talking under her breath with her customer about a concern I brought up to my tax preparer. Why people up here feel the need to always insert themselves into others business is beyond me. If it weren't for Laurie I would of left this place long ago.
