Worst customer service in Viginia, talking on the phone with the people here was the worst expereince I had in this little town. The lady on the phone was literally shouting at me and did not let me speak she was rude and extremely unpolite. Don't go here or call here, go somewhere else.

Worst customer service ever. Don't call here unless you want someone shouting at you on the phone then call them. I had the worst customer service, just trying to get an insurance quote didn't realize how hard that could get.
