I live here. It's been amazing. Fun fact the road before you turn onto the one of the apartments Is the name of the road in silver bay before you turn onto the road leading to black beach ?

Absolutely awful landlords and maintenance is very rude. ALOT of illegal activity going on. They changed my locks while I was gone for a week taking care of a sick family member. They went into my apartment, without a notice. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. Overpriced for what you get. Won't work with you on any of your needs. Put in a maintenance request for a disposal, 2 weeks later the work order closed and nothing was fixed. Had to put in a new work order to get it fixed. Oh and someone stole my birthday present package from outside my door in the 3 hours it took me to get home. You know who you are.
