So disappointed. Appt started 45 minutes late and station wasn’t wiped down before I sat down. Very rough with the drill. Nails are lumpy, uneven, missing areas of polish, and my nails HURT even an hour after my appt finally ended. Paid $53 for this and don’t even have time to go back and get it fixed before Easter. I loved Angel Nails in Cloquet but don’t waste your time with their second location…

Will never come back to this establishment. A couple of weeks ago, I called at approximately 10 a.m to reserve a time for my 14 year old daughter and I to get our nails done together. I was told that we could do back to back appointments that afternoon at 3:00 and 3:30. When we got there at 2:45, we were told to have a seat and they would be with us as soon as they could.. which was fine, seeing as how we were 15 minutes early anyways. But then 3:00 came and went, along with 2 other walk in customers who somehow got to skip in front of us, and it was finally our turn at 4:00. I was already angry at this point, but my daughter was really looking forward to getting her nails done, so I just let it go. As we sat next to each other getting our nails done, I saw my daughter fighting back tears because of how rough they were filing her nails both by hand as well as the Dremmel.. and once they were done with her, it was my turn and the same thing. My cuticles were bleeding and felt like they were on fire. We both powered thru the pain hoping the end result of beautiful nails would make us feel better, but that wasnt the case. Both of our sets of nails were crooked, uneven in length, incredibly thick looking, and our skin around our nails was red from blood and irritation. I cant believe a place like this is in business at all.. they need to be shut down in my opinion. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Last Tuesday I went in for a regular manicure and pedicure. They were very busy but I had an appointment. The woman did a poor job on both my hands and feet. I sat for 20 minutes under the dryer and drove for 30 minutes and took good care of my nails so they can dry. The polish looked weird and bumpy and started coming off in 24 hours. I went back to see what could be done and I was told that it was my fault for not taking better care of my nails!! I have been getting mani pedis for a long time. I know how to make sure everything is dry. I spent $80 and will never go back. She offered to “fix” but there were a lot of customers and I’m not going to wait for that. Frustrating.

Awful, none of my nails are even or the correct shape and the lady who did them was in a super hurry she said I didn’t need to scrub my hands.

I came in today and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they were looking for fast sloppy work. I kept asking for things and they just told me no, the shape is no where to what I asked for, and they are not accommodating at all, even if you make an appointment. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Worst manicure experience! I got an appt to do my nails before my wedding, I had 2 designs which I loved!! And the guy told me no from the time I walked in! They cut my cuticle, and I was bleeding pretty good, and they continued to paint over the blood.. I got home and within 3 hours my nails were chipping and falling off. I then realized they snipped my nail extremely short when it came off it was past my nail bed.. i had to go buy Walmart press ons! Will never be returning here again!Service: Gel manicure

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. What they didn't do; push my cuticle back before trimming, a base coat and a top coat wasn't used, the application of the color wasn't smooth, and it was on my skin. I'll never go back.Service: Pedicure
