The internet is slow, goes out often, tech support is not very helpful,when you leave messages they don't respond promptly if at all. The last time I lost internet they blamed it on the power company and said everything looked good on their end and they are charging 95$to come try to fix the problem. They are the problem.

I don’t like the speed but the customer service is astounding. They were short people and far from my location but still came out with short notice.I’m forever grateful that I was able to setup my freeze alarm to the Wi-Fi that I couldn’t figure out the password to and they set up a new one. Nice gentleman too.

For the same price you can choose far better service without a horrible connection and slow speeds when it gets congested. Avoid if you prefer a stable fast connection.
