Very poor service after the sale. Hardly ever return your phone call or call you back when they say they will. They sell more equipment then they can service and just leave you hanging when your looking for help.

Salesman seemed like he really didn't want to talk much. Just gave us straight numbers. Also told us a couple times we were supposed to have gone to another branch of theirs based on our location, but he would still help. I'm guessing there was a commission structure he had to abide by, but it made it hard to actually get him selling. We ended up buying a different tractor from another manufacturer. Hopefully this isn't a regular occurrence. The shop seemed very nice and clean with lots of little additions I would have enjoyed shopping through.

Worst experience ever. They do not call back or show up to do warranty work when they say they will. Very rude, a lady harshly stated that they do not get paid to drive out and do warranty work. This question was specifically asked prior to buying our equipment. Very poor service!

Before I bought my tractor I asked because I live about 60 miles from the dealership if there would ever be a issue with the tractor would they come and take care of it Chad said absolutely so I asked him to change the oil and filter and put full synthetic motor oil it had 11 hours on it before they delivered it they drop it off I drive it to town noticed it was smoking it was 4 degrees out went into church let it run came out an hour later and the thing was spitting oil out the exhaust and knocking bad I called on Monday morning I had to deliver it to the dealership all said and done there main mechanic Ryan was running it and I asked him how much oil did you put in it I don't know I dont remember his next statement to chad as I was standing there was I might have overfilled it I did not accept the tractor back it was a new tractor and to me it was junk after this I had to fight cus and swear to get another tractor with smart remarks from chad and his wife now I have my next new tractor the deck is locked in the up position so I called monday talked to. Tyler the other mechanic he said he would talk to ryan and chad he never talked to either of them I called ryan the next day and he or the owner chad knew anything about it. so ryan said he would talk to chad nobody called so I called chad he didn't know anything was going on he said I will send someone onTuesday morning no phone call nobody showed so I called yep this afternoon no phone call nobody showed up then Wednesday i called chad he said he had tyler had a issue at another customer he said we will be there in the morning no phone call back on any of this you have to always call absolutely the most uncaring no communication at all now Thursday nobody shows no phone call I call Friday morning yep he's on his way noon comes no phone call nothing I call the dealership Chad's wife answers just a big mouth rude lady I said it would be nice to have some communication or a phone call they where suppose to be here this morning we are busy only 3 mechanics then she asked me if this was a warranty issue and I said yes she bellers like a bear I dont get paid to drive there for warranty I finally had to tell them how I felt and cut ties my tractor only has 51 hours and i bought new 3 of 2020 this is the worst shop and owners of a dealership I have ever delt with I spent over 40000.00 dollars on this setup stay far far away horrible place for the warranty work on the 72" deck I had to take it to a good massey ferguson dealership where they well documented why the deck locked up villard and there no can do wrong technicians dont know there right from there left they put the right lift arm on the left side and the left arm on the left it finally rubbed enough wear in 52 hours of use to make it jam up so it wouldn't go back down massey wouldn't cover it because it was installed by villard implement incorrect so russ the after sales technical problem person for massey said I would have to try and call chad gerdes the owner to get my 238.00 back well so much luck with that especially when chad and ryan give 5 star reviews for there own dealership unbelievable this place is a snake pit of lies to get there sales quotas please save yourself a lot of aggravation
