“We’ve been shopping here for years. It’s about a 30 minute drive and we’ve always felt it was worth it until yesterday.There was a youngish man that was checking us out, we’d had no prior interaction with him, who was so upset that he was literally throwing our meats and produce into a bag and box on the counter. Now it may seem trifling but we picked these cuts, and produce, because of how fresh and good they looked. If we wanted gross, bruised produce we have many large chain stores to choose from.I’m not sure what was happening yesterday but without a doubt it had nothing to do with us as we go out of our way to be polite and convivial with every employee.”
“The store is very clean and organized. They have many healthy options and new things to try. They have a hot bar/ soup area, salad bar area and cold food to go area. The only drawback is how busy it is, which is a good thing considering it’s a business. I would recommend going during the week.”

“I didn't even eat the meat myself as I live out of state. But I want to make public my encounter with this company.I called Jack Cooper Custom meats and ordered two tomahawk Ribeyes for my father's birthday. When my grandfather arrived to pick them up there was a little mishap with the order online and something didn't go through so the steaks weren't ready. Now this might seem as a strange 5 star situation but this is where I was impressed. The owner/manager got in contact with me. We lined out the phone order and she hand delivered the steaks to my grandfather at his home 30 minutes one direction away from this store. I was not expecting this level of customer service. Beyond impressed, you don't encounter that level of customer care these days.Thank you for ensuring my father got his gift. Keep it up! You've earned return customers in my family without a doubt.”

“This place is awesome stumbled upon it today. Great sandwiches I had a Ruben and fries the Ruben was the best I've had in awhile and the fries are seasoned just right on top of the food there is a whole deli/ meat market. Tons of different wiskeys some that are hard to find at other liquor stores and a good wine selection as well great place to check out”
