“Awesome branch and bank, very friends staff! Online services are straight forward and easy to navigate. Twice I received overdraft charges for extenuating circumstances. Both times the local and corporate support were able to work with me to get these resolved! The loan officer was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this bank!”

“GREAT EXPERIENCE! Our furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving. We visited HomeTown Bank to discuss financing options at 4:30 pm on Wednesday night before the holiday break. We were greeted and were able to meet with a loan officer within minutes. We were not account holders at HomeTown bank but were not treated any differently. Kim Bun discussed a few financial options to fund a furnace for our home. Walking in, I felt out of sorts but walking out we felt at ease after meeting with her. She was knowledgeable, kind, and truly listened to our circumstances. I appreciated being treated like an individual and not just another cog in the machine.Thank you HomeTown Bank and Kim Bun! We will be moving all of our business over to Hometown Bank because of this great experience.”

“We use old national for business. It has been a very good experience. The lobby is clean and inviting. The staff are professional and helpful. The drive through is easy to use, nice big screens to see who you are working with. The ATM has worked well for us outside normal bank hours.”

“I am so happy that US Bank decided to put a branch in Mound. It saves me the trip of having to go all the way to Wayzata. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help with other services, such as Notary or fax services. Doug helped me out today with one of theses additional services after cashing a check. The small lobby is always clean and bright. They offer complimentary soda, water or coffee if you would like a drink. Most often there is little to no wait and if there is, it is short. Time for a cup of coffee! It's great having these services in Mound!”

“I've banked here for many years. Never had an issue. I'm not an employee, but I'm pretty sure they would nod yes to this review.Basically you won't have any problems with any bank if you try to do the following:1) Manage your money. I'm very middle class, not rich. But I have no issues saving and managing my expenses so I'm not living hand-to-mouth. Please don't freak out and leave a 1-star review when the bank hasn't deposited the funds 10 seconds after you deposit a check. That's more of a reflection on you, not the bank.2) Stop asking the bank to do things for you when you don't bother to have an account there. A bank is not a public service for everyone, it's a private business.3) A bank is not a fast food drive through. Don't be upset when you can't get through in 2 minutes. If you want to get upset at someone, then focus on the real problem: people who want to go through the drive through to apply for a mortgage, argue for 10 minutes about the balance on their account, etc.These three things account for 90% of the poor reviews here. I'm sure there are countless others like me who have never had an issue with Old National Chaska downtown location.”

What an absolute pleasure to work with!I came into this location after experiencing some fraud (not us bank related) and he eased my mind and took care of everything promptly while I was still in the office. He answered all the questions I had over the next few days and offered to follow up with me to make sure everything was taken care of. His positive attitude and light-hearted demeanor is contagious and he is the reason I will continue to call this branch!Great hire, US Bank - this man deserves a raise!”

“I don't want to disparage the reviews of others, I have banked at this branch for many years and my experience is positive. I have not noticed the hours being incorrect, they have been open when I stop in but the covid-19 issues may be a challenge to keep up with. Although only the drive up has been open I still find the service by the staff to be friendly and efficient. I have even redeemed series EE bonds at the drive up without issue. Maybe it's luck but I don't think so. Big banks have policies that can be rigid and unreasonable at times but the staff here have always tried hard to help me and I appreciate the service. Thank you”
