Unethical tactics.
I have never had a good experience here. You can walk in and sit down wait 10 min and no one will have said a word to you. Seemingly they dont want to help customers unless you bought brand new from them.

I recently spent $ 44,000 on a new tractor purchase. When I was extremely focused on numbers and specs and dollar figures I was told that they deliver. I absolutely did not hear the offer. I know other people who have been concentrating on something they do not hear when someone addresses them. And when they called and said I could come and pick it up I would think I could have been reminded of Delivery service but I was not. I want to rent a excavator from them and I thought I could get a break and they would deliver the excavator and pick it up for reduced cost. I was told no. Not real happy with that decision considering the circumstances.

Thee worst company to deal with. quoted a price and it came back 3x's higher with no explanation, then held my machine hostage if i didnt pay the entire added price.i originally sent in my machine, for an easy over-haul and it came back worse then i sent it in. then they wanted more money to fix the "supposed issue" and still couldnt fix it. Kevin in the office is completely incompetent, judgemental and sexist towards woman. I had my wife call in to deal with him and he belittle her so much and refused to work with her because she "didnt know anything" and "needed to talk to a male" even though she runs the machine more then me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH

Had agreed upon a price yesterday and shook on it***, they called last night wanting double what was agreed upon. Buyers beware. There are a lot more local options to go with that don’t go back on agreed upon pricing.......
